Heartbroken over this attack. I am a Christian and want to send my love and prayers to you all. I stand with the Jewish people in our nation.

Kyana Talbot

Itโ€™s unfathomable to believe that something like this is happening, again. A targeted attack, on Jewish individuals, simply for being Jewish. When we said never again, we meant never again. But clearly, some people did not get that message. My stomach is turning and my heart is sunk. There is never an excuse for death, or violence; not hatred, not grudges, not religion. When you have caused harm, nothing will protect you, there is no redemption. People have lost their lives, wonderful people who had their places in the world, stolen away by the sheer bitterness, rot and hatred in the hearts of people we thought were part of us as humans. These wonderful human beings that weโ€™ve lost, as it is a loss to us as the human race, were loved and will be loved. The loved ones, the families and the friends of these beautiful and unique individuals; there is no words that can comfort the uncomfortable. Saying sorry will never be enough, will never bring them back, there is no words that will and that is agonising. I can say to you, you are valid, you are loved and your traditions and beliefs are so so beautiful. Theyโ€™re fascinating. And to you, angels, that weโ€™ve lost far too early and far far too unfairly, this will not define you. This event of terrorism, the act of cowards, will not define your life nor your losses. But what will, will be your achievements, your memories and your impacts. Your smiles and your tears. That is what will make you. You will be there, in the hearts of everyone, living on always through us. You are loved.
