Dearest Jewish brethren,

Please accept our sincerest condolences for Melvin z”l and Adrian z”l, lost on your Holy Day. May their memory be a blessing. May you be comforted among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.

We also think of everyone injured and traumatised, of your bravery, of your pain. We pray for you to find recovery, healing, comfort. We pray that we as your neighbours of different faiths and none can support you in whichever way is most useful to you. As your neighbours, we stand with you in the city that is home to all of us.

May Adonai, Healer of all, give ear to your prayers.
